The data involved, and where it comes from
The website has no forms and asks for nothing. Data reaches the business only when you contact it:
- By phone: your number and what you say about the job.
- By WhatsApp: your number, your WhatsApp name, your messages, and any photos or location you choose to send.
- By email: your address and the content of your message.
- On the job: the address, and the document you show to prove you may have the door opened. That document is looked at, not copied or kept.
- For the invoice: the details the law requires on it.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address and browser in its server logs, for security and to keep the site running.
What it is used for, and the legal basis
- Answering you and doing the work you ask for: steps prior to a contract and the contract itself (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- Invoicing and keeping accounts: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
- Checking that whoever asks for a door, car, unit or safe to be opened has the right to it: legitimate interest in not helping anyone break into someone else’s property (art. 6.1.f).
- Server logs: legitimate interest in the security of the website (art. 6.1.f).
No decisions are made automatically, no profiles are built and nothing is sent to you for marketing.
Who else may see it, by category
- Website hosting and delivery: the provider that serves the site and keeps its logs (Cloudflare).
- Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to write that way.
- Email: the provider of the business mailbox.
- Tax and accounting: an adviser, if one is used, and the tax authorities.
- Police and courts: only when the law requires it.
The website loads no third-party fonts, maps, videos or analytics: its typeface is served from the site itself.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare and Meta may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers to give adequate protection.
How long it is kept
- Calls, messages and emails: as long as needed to deal with your request, and no more than a year after the last contact unless a job followed.
- Invoices and accounting records: the periods set by tax and commercial law (generally four and six years).
- Server logs: the short period the hosting provider applies.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its use or its portability, and you can object to its use, by writing to [email protected]. If you think your data has been mishandled you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

Qué datos se tratan y de dónde proceden
El sitio no tiene formularios ni pide ningún dato. Los datos solo llegan cuando usted contacta:
- Por teléfono: su número y lo que explique sobre el trabajo.
- Por WhatsApp: su número, su nombre en WhatsApp, sus mensajes y las fotos o la ubicación que decida enviar.
- Por correo electrónico: su dirección y el contenido del mensaje.
- En el servicio: la dirección y el documento que muestre para acreditar que puede pedir la apertura. Ese documento se comprueba a la vista; no se copia ni se guarda.
- Para la factura: los datos que la ley exige en ella.
Al visitar el sitio, el proveedor de alojamiento registra datos técnicos como la dirección IP y el navegador en sus registros de servidor, por seguridad y para mantener el sitio en funcionamiento.
Finalidades y base jurídica
- Atenderle y realizar el trabajo que solicite: medidas precontractuales y ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Facturación y contabilidad: obligación legal (art. 6.1.c).
- Comprobar que quien pide abrir una puerta, un vehículo, un local o una caja fuerte tiene derecho a ello: interés legítimo en no facilitar el acceso a bienes ajenos (art. 6.1.f).
- Registros del servidor: interés legítimo en la seguridad del sitio (art. 6.1.f).
No se toman decisiones automatizadas, no se elaboran perfiles y no se envía publicidad.
Destinatarios, por categorías
- Alojamiento y distribución del sitio: el proveedor que sirve el sitio y guarda sus registros (Cloudflare).
- Mensajería: WhatsApp (Meta), si usted elige ese medio.
- Correo electrónico: el proveedor del buzón del negocio.
- Asesoría fiscal y contable: la asesoría, si se utiliza, y la Administración tributaria.
- Fuerzas de seguridad y juzgados: solo cuando la ley lo exija.
El sitio no carga fuentes, mapas, vídeos ni analítica de terceros: su tipografía se sirve desde el propio sitio.
Transferencias internacionales
Cloudflare y Meta pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos. Ambas están adheridas al Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. (Data Privacy Framework), que la Comisión Europea considera que ofrece un nivel de protección adecuado.
Plazos de conservación
- Llamadas, mensajes y correos: el tiempo necesario para atender su solicitud y, como máximo, un año desde el último contacto si no hubo trabajo.
- Facturas y registros contables: los plazos de la normativa fiscal y mercantil (con carácter general, cuatro y seis años).
- Registros del servidor: el breve plazo que aplique el proveedor de alojamiento.
Sus derechos
Puede ejercer los derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición escribiendo a [email protected]. Si considera que sus datos no se han tratado correctamente, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
