- The phone is answered by a person, day and night, in English or Spanish.
- An honest estimate of the drive, never a promise of ten minutes.
- Proof before opening. A house, a car, a unit or a safe is only opened for someone with the right to it.
- The price is agreed on the spot, once the door has been seen and before work starts. Payment by cash, card or Bizum.
- The gentlest way in first. Latch, cylinder, and the drill only with your agreement.

The jobs this business never takes on
None of the following is done, for anyone, however it is asked for. It is better to say so here than on your doorstep:
- No key cutting and no key copying, for any lock at all.
- No spare or extra keys: not for a house, a gate, a garage, a unit or a letterbox.
- No car keys of any sort: none cut, supplied, replaced or programmed.
- No transponder chips and no remote fobs for vehicles.
- No work on ignition switches or ignition barrels.
- No keys for motorbikes, scooters or vans.
With cars, the work is lockout help and opening the door: opening a locked car. On business premises, opening doors and changing cylinders and locks, without any metalwork.
