Round it are the Plaça Nova with its overhanging upper floors, the Casa Ferraz and its gardens on the Paseo de la Constitución, and La Rambla. Say which corner is nearest and the last stretch is done on foot. - the Ravalet square - the streets off the main road ### Penya-serrada In the north of the municipality Its palace is a Bien de Interés Cultural, and the village was a municipality of its own between 1789 and 1846. Houses here are better found by the palace than by a street name. - Peñacerrada - the palace of Peñacerrada ### Bonalba and Cotoveta Towards the coast, a couple of kilometres from San Juan beach Homes round an 18-hole course, Ramón Espinosa’s design, with five lakes in play on ten holes. The way in from the AP-7 is exit 67 towards Xixona, then the N-340 and the road between Busot and Bonalba. - Bonalba golf - Partida de Bonalba - Cotoveta ### Valle del Sol and Monnegre On the line with Alicante, near the Monnegre riverbed Two urbanizations that sit across the boundary between Mutxamel and Alicante: some plots are in one municipality, some in the other. Alicante city is not part of the area, apart from the Alicante side of Valle del Sol and Monnegre. No. The area is Mutxamel and the four towns listed on this page. The exception is the part of Valle del Sol and Monnegre on the Alicante side: those urbanizations are covered whole. ### Our house has no number, only the name of the partida. Is that enough? With a location pin on WhatsApp, yes. Without one, give the partida, the camino and something nobody could miss: a water tank, a gate colour, the house name on the wall. ### Is the drive to Bonalba or Busot longer than to the town centre? Usually a little, and the estimate given on the phone always takes it into account.
